I am currently working as an Internal Auditor in FNM s.p.a., an Italian listed com-

pany among the biggest for railway transportation.

Besides the conduction of fraud, financial and operational audits, I have been engaged on Risk Assessment Activities in order to define the Annual Audit Plan.

I have also developed an internal audit software, Integrated Audit System, aimed at reshaping the working methodology of the function in order to increase its compliance to the Professional Practice Framework.

I have been working as external auditor for ITAGAAP and IAS/IFRS major Italian

companies. I have been working as a consultant for the development of a tailor-made software solutions aimed at managing flows of structured data in order to obtain fair value of financial derivatives for a major international company in the energy sector.
